There’s an island, somewhere on the sea. There’s a building there. And people on it, sometimes. There are animals and plants there, rocks and water, joy and grief, and a door that won't open. This is the story, the ekphrasis, of that island.

I'm working on this comic on the occasional pauses my work gives me, so updates will be slow and inconsistent. This work is my space to create the way I want, no matter how long it takes. I hope I'll finish the whole thing one day, but that day is far in the future and not guaranteed to exist.
